Previously, Elena held leadership roles at Fractured Atlas, a national arts service organization providing fiscal sponsorship for artists, and Loyola Marymount University, where she was the go-to career coach for thousands of undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Film and Television and College of Communication and Fine Arts; and the first recipient of the Enrollment Management Division Creativity & Innovation Award.
