My creative professional journey…

- was planned - to become an “intentional” rather than “accidental” arts administrator

- has spanned - across the arts and culture sector in arts presenting and producing, municipal and government service organizations, management and executive leadership

- and has expanded - into a empowering focus on professional-meets-personal development with creatives and (so-called “non creatives”) alike, most recently through my work in higher education, at arts and social service organizations, and in the entertainment industry, in tandem with my coaching and consulting practice, Confide Creative where I executive coach, career coach, train, and consult folks looking to use creativity to elevate their goals.

You know how some folks have linear career and others have a non-linear career path? Well, I’ve had more of a stepping stone climb. With intentionality at the forefront of every single move I’ve made in my career I’ve never really missed a step, I’ve only learned to lift myself higher than I envisioned I could initially go so each step built up the muscle in me to be able to take the next courageous one.
